Momma is Lovin' Summer!
It is so fine for the kids to have nothing to do except enjoy. Sometimes I think our kids are so pushed and rushed with school that just enjoying their blessings gets lost in the day to day madness.
Toots has been hanging with friends - and just doing nothing. No homework, no drama, no nuthin' --and it's so good for the soul!
Shark just finished summer program at his school today - they sorta go year round. The summer program is until 12:45 - so he gets a break now, and there is not any homework. He is looking forward to sleeping in (and so am I) until schools starts back around the end of August.
Which by the way - mentioning August - how in the heck did we get to the end of July so quickly?? I just wish summertime could last forever!
Last night I hung out with some of my girls, and although I have been recovering most of the day, it was so fun to laugh and gossip and giggle!
Lastly, thank you to my blogger family for stopping by and saying hello to Heather. I read a study recently that said Evil Cancer isn't quite the bully when a patient has a large support group. We can certainly do that for Heather in Blogger World!!!

I am so not ready for summer to be over yet either, Momma. I enjoy spending extra time with The Husband. 3 weeks and it back to never seeing each other. :(

I cannot believe how quickly the summer has gone! I can't wait for my girls to just do "nothing" - nowadays, it's all about entertaining them!
This year flew by.. its ok it sucked for me so either it needs to get better or I am banking on 2010 being my year lol
Summer should offically be extended due to moral of the country lol the more fun we have the more we are distracted by the crap going on :)
