It's Gonna Be a Good Survivor Season

Allow me to thank both ETW and Efen for their awesome blog subject ideas! I will definitely use them!!!

Last night's Survivor Samoa premiere was nothing less than downright Great. Ya'll know Momma lurves her some good TV, and this season may be the winner.
It's all because of a little Texan named Russell. Oh yeah.
So we're watching it and Russell tells this sob story about how he's a fireman from NOLA, and he was there during Katrina, and lost his best buddy, his dog. This whole saga is interjected with private interviews with Russell calling his fellow Survivors "idots" and "stupid" - ya know, mean names. We were laughing saying how we know a 'yat from NOLA just like that - and Mr Wonderful even says, "Thank gawd he's not from Texas!!!"
Right then, in his next private confessional, Russell says he's not a fireman, not from NOLA, wasn't in Katrina and doesn't even have a dog. Laughing while pouring out his team members' canteens of water, he continues to say how he's in control and he's the only one with a brain. In fact, he's from TEXAS (he says he's from Houston, but he's actually from Dayton - some small town an hour or more from Houston...)

This is going to be a season to watch. There are some smart players, and there's gonna be some good arguments - the egos were already starting to emerge last night.
